PLS machines are characterized by outstanding dynamic properties and modern design in combination with wide supply of technologies. The machine fulfills requirements of HD plasma cutting while meeting highest standards in productivity, efficiency and operability. They can be equipped with plasma rotator, drilling head, pipe positioner, plate alignment sensor a. o. A special heightened version enables oxyfuel cutting up to 250 mm.
The MicroStep® iMSNC control consists of a "WINDOWS" PC (Windows® 7) in industrial design with large-scaled harddrives or storage drives, network card, communication boards to the control components, mouse, dust-proof keyboard and a large TFT color monitor (e.g. 17"/CRT) with touch screen. The control is integrated into a cabinet. The input panel with monitor can be installed variably. At the portal (left and right) there are control units with LCD display and membrane keyboard, which makes it even more convenient to operate the machine. A clear and easy-to-use graphical user interface ensures rapid familiarization. In addition to the many basic functions of the control (rotate, mirroring and zooming of parts, kerf compensation, moving back to the outline, test-run and jog mode, zoom or reversing), it also provides the additional possibility to produce and, at the same time, prepare further nesting drawings at the control. Thus, for example, the position of placed plates can be included via the control without time consuming set up.
